Recommendations for Use
Every persons metabolism is different and so it is important to take this into consideration. As a general rule begin with a little less and increase as needed over time. Start by shaking the bottle and placing one full dop under the tongue and holding for up to 60 seconds before swallowing. This process can be repreated up to 2 to 3 times a day. Keep bottle stored out of direct sunlight.
